Conference Registration Information
To register for the 2009 National Smart Start Conference, you have the following options:
- Complete the online registration form and pay by credit card online at. Credit card payments will ONLY be taken via the online registration form.

If paying by check, payment must be POSTMARKED by the specific registration deadline or you will be required to pay the later fee.
Registration Deadlines and Fees
Your registration fee covers your attendance at the conference, receipt of conference materials, conference breaks, and participation in the May 6th reception and May 7th luncheon. The actual cost of the conference is much higher than the fee that you pay. Through the generosity of private donors, we are able to offer you this opportunity at a much more affordable price.
We are not able to offer a special fee for persons that can only attend one day.
- Early Bird: $160
(registration fee must be received or postmarked on February 12) - Regular: $250
(registration fee must be received or postmarked on April 2) - Late/Onsite: $350
(registration fee paid after April 2 or onsite at the conference)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be received by February 12, 2009 to receive a full refund. Cancellations after that date will not be refunded. All cancellations and/or substitutions must be submitted in writing via fax to 919-639-8635 or email to admin@meetingdetails.com.
